Physical Therapists are movement experts that provide treatment through skilled clinical examinations, manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education to help you achieve optimal function and performance.

A thorough Clinical Examination is performed to assess everything from specific movement analysis (such as running video analysis), strength, range of motion, flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular recruitment patterns, and more to come up with a diagnosis regarding what might be causing your pain and/or dysfunction.

Manual Therapy may include joint mobilizations/manipulations, functional dry needling, soft tissue mobilization (massage, cupping, etc), stretching, and taping. One or a combination of these may be included within a typical treatment session based on what you and the PT decide is best for you.

Exercise Prescription includes guidance on home exercise programs, pre- or post-activity recommendations, within session use of the LoHi Athletic Club and it’s equipment, strength training programming, and more.
